Greg Harrison Promoted to Vice President, Intermodal Logistics Operations
Rail intermodal expert to take on leadership role within fast-growing Jacksonville-based transportation and logistics platform.
Jacksonville, Florida: AGX Freight is pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Harrison as Vice President, Intermodal Logistics Operations. In this newly formed position, Harrison assumes the responsibility for growing the company’s suite of intermodal services in coordination with its expanding transportation and logistics platform. The company is coming off a record-setting year for revenue growth, exceeding it’s previous year performance by over 60%.
Harrison has been a key player for AGX Freight since 2016, contributing to the growth of the company during that time as Director of Intermodal/Sales Operations. Prior to joining AGX, Harrison was Co-Owner/Founder and Chief Operating Officer for Radius Rail Logistics, specializing in railroad-based intermodal logistics for national shipping clients. Harrison got his start in the industry working with CSX Intermodal more than 20 years ago, holding both Sales and Management positions for one of the largest rail companies in the world, where he worked for over 8 years.
